Alongside access to essential mandatory online courses, this package includes live interactive safeguarding refresher training, induction support for new staff, workbook resources and monthly compliance support meetings to help you stay organised, confident and compliant. Perfect for growing care teams and busy care environments, the Premium Compliance Package combines the flexibility of online learning with the engagement of tutor-led support. Staff can complete training at their own pace whilst still benefiting from live discussion, guidance and ongoing support. Live Tutor Led Safeguarding Refresher
Every year your staff will gain live tutor led safeguarding refresher along side their elearning. To check for understanding. Discuss as groups to embed knowledge more effectively. (Groups of around 8)
Induction Training
Any new starters, we complete their online live tutor led inductions. To cover all the main mandatory training, rather then skipping all the elearning straight to the quiz.
