1. Booking & Payment
To secure training dates, full payment is required in advance.
Training will not be confirmed or delivered until payment has been received in full.
2. Fees
The agreed fee covers delivery of the training for up to the agreed number of staff.
Any additional staff may be subject to an additional charge.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
All bookings are non-refundable.
Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued in the event of:
· Cancellation by the client
· Staff non-attendance
· Change in staffing requirements
4. Rescheduling
Where possible, we may offer to reschedule training dates with reasonable notice (minimum 5 working days), subject to availability.
Rescheduling is offered at the discretion of CareBridge Academy and is not guaranteed.
5. Non-Attendance
If staff do not attend the scheduled training:
The session will still be considered delivered
No refunds or partial refunds will be issued
6. Delivery
Training will be delivered as agreed (online).
CareBridge Academy will provide all relevant materials and structured delivery in line with the course outline.
7. Responsibility
The client is responsible for:
· Ensuring staff availability
· Providing suitable access (for online sessions)
· Ensuring staff engagement during training
8. Agreement
By confirming and making payment, the client agrees to the terms outlined above.
