Welcome to CareBridge Academy™. By purchasing or accessing any course, training session or service through our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

1. About Us

CareBridge Academy™ provides online and live training courses for health and social care, business and workplace development.

2. Online Courses

All online courses are delivered digitally through our online learning platform.

Course access is provided once payment has been received and the learner has been enrolled onto the selected course.

Some courses are supplied via third-party learning providers including VideoTile Learning Ltd.

3. Payments

All course fees must be paid in full before access to training is granted unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Prices displayed on the website are final sale prices.

4. Refunds and Cancellations – Online Courses

Due to the nature of digital learning products, online courses are non-refundable once access has been granted or a learner has been enrolled.

By purchasing an online course, you agree that:

• course access may begin immediately after purchase

• the digital service is considered supplied once access has been issued

• you waive your standard 14-day cooling-off period for digital content

Refund requests may still be considered in exceptional circumstances at the discretion of CareBridge Academy™.

5. Live Training Courses

Terms relating to live tutor-led training sessions, workshops or intensive courses are covered within the separate Live Training Booking Agreement available on the relevant booking pages and website footer.

6. Learner Responsibilities

Learners are responsible for:

• providing accurate booking information

• completing training within any specified timeframes

• ensuring they have suitable internet access and equipment for online learning

• maintaining the confidentiality of their login details

Course access must not be shared, copied or redistributed.

7. Certification

Certificates are issued upon successful completion of the course requirements and any required assessments.

CareBridge Academy™ reserves the right to withhold certification where course completion criteria have not been met.

8. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, course materials, graphics and training resources remain the property of CareBridge Academy™ or its training partners unless otherwise stated.

Materials must not be copied, reproduced or distributed without written permission.

9. Website Availability

We aim to ensure uninterrupted access to our website and training platform; however, we cannot guarantee continuous availability and accept no liability for temporary interruptions outside of our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

CareBridge Academy™ accepts no liability for:

• indirect or consequential losses

• technical interruptions caused by third-party platforms

• misuse of course content

• business losses resulting from reliance on training materials

Nothing within these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

11. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for information regarding how personal data is collected, processed and stored.

12. Changes to These Terms

CareBridge Academy™ reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website.
