CareBridge Academy™ is committed to supporting individuals towards confidence, progression, and sustainable employment opportunities within health and social care. Through our flexible online employability and sector-readiness programmes, we aim to support learners who may face barriers to employment, confidence challenges, or difficulties accessing traditional learning environments. Our learner-centred approach combines live tutor-led workshops, employability support, confidence-building activities, reflective learning, and progression-focused guidance designed to help individuals feel more prepared for the workplace and future opportunities.
We welcome opportunities to work collaboratively with Jobcentres, charities, community organisations, support services, and local care providers who share our passion for improving employability, wellbeing, and workforce readiness within local communities. CareBridge Academy™ is focused on building supportive progression pathways that help bridge the gap between unemployment and employment within the care sector through accessible learning, encouragement, engagement, and practical employability support. Together, we hope to create positive opportunities that empower individuals to build confidence, develop workplace skills, and progress towards meaningful futures.
Our 8-Week Employability & Sector-Readiness Programme has been designed to provide flexible, supportive, and accessible employability pathways for individuals interested in progressing towards opportunities within health and social care. The programme combines live online workshops, employability guidance, confidence-building activities, and practical learner support to help individuals develop workplace readiness skills in a supportive and encouraging environment.
The programme operates through a flexible online workshop model, allowing learners to choose from multiple weekly workshop sessions that best suit their personal commitments and availability. Throughout the programme, learners are supported through confidence questionnaires, reflective learning journals, workbooks, CV development, interview preparation, learner feedback, and progression activities designed to encourage engagement and evidence continued personal and professional development.
CareBridge Academy™ aims to create an inclusive learning environment that supports individuals who may face barriers to employment, confidence challenges, or difficulties accessing traditional learning opportunities. The programme focuses on building confidence, employability skills, sector awareness, and progression pathways while helping learners feel more prepared, motivated, and supported towards future employment opportunities within the care sector.
