CareBridge Academy is an online training and employability provider offering flexible learning opportunities, online courses, live workshops and employability-focused support. We aim to provide accessible, supportive and professional learning experiences for individuals looking to build confidence, knowledge and transferable skills.
We are working in partnership with an established provider VideoTile that have created over 180 CPD courses. We are committed to expanding the educational resources available at CareBridge Academy. This collaboration allows us to offer a diverse array of certified courses that cater to various professional development needs. All the mandatory courses will be available, along side the live tutor-led services we offer. We also supply the Care Certificate In-house licence, so you can train unlimited staff for a one off set fee.
Alongside our training services, CareBridge Academy™ also offers a flexible 8-Week Employability & Sector-Readiness Programme designed to support individuals towards confidence, workplace readiness and progression into opportunities within health and social care through live workshops, employability support and learner-centred guidance.
Yes. Most CareBridge Academy courses and workshops are delivered online, allowing learners to study flexibly from home using a computer, tablet or mobile device where appropriate.
Some services include self-paced online learning whilst others may include live tutor-led sessions or workshops delivered through online platforms such as Microsoft Teams.
No previous experience is required for many of our courses and workshops. CareBridge Academy aims to provide supportive and accessible learning opportunities suitable for individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and experience levels.

Yes. Certificates are issued upon successful completion of required course content and assessments where applicable.
Certificate timeframes may vary depending on the course or workshop completed.
Many online courses may be accessed using a mobile phone or tablet. However, for the best learning experience, CareBridge Academy recommends using a laptop or computer where possible, particularly for longer learning sessions or written activities.
Online course access is generally provided shortly after successful booking or payment confirmation. Learners will normally receive login or access details via email.

CareBridge Academy provides different workshops and training opportunities depending on the age group and type of programme being delivered.
Certain confidence, communication and digital skills workshops are specifically designed for young people aged 13–15 and aim to provide supportive, confidence-building and skills-focused learning opportunities in a safe and inclusive environment.
Other training services, including safeguarding workshops, employability programmes, care-related training and live tutor-led sessions such as Care Certificate support, are generally intended for learners aged 18 and over unless otherwise stated.
Specific age requirements, suitability information and course expectations will be outlined clearly within booking information and promotional materials where applicable.
Some CareBridge Academy workshops are specifically designed for young people aged 13–15, whilst many other courses, employability services and health and social care training programmes are intended for adult learners aged 18 and over.
CareBridge Academy aims to ensure that learning content remains appropriate, supportive and suitable for the intended learner group.
Parents or guardians are welcome to support young participants where appropriate, but we encourage you to attend alone to start to gain your confidence and learn how to interact via Microsoft Teams. Specific workshop expectations or supervision arrangements will be outlined within booking or registration information.
Live workshops and tutor-led sessions may be delivered using platforms such as Microsoft Teams or other secure online systems where appropriate.
Relevant joining instructions will normally be provided prior to sessions.
CareBridge Academy does not routinely distribute recordings of live sessions without appropriate consideration of privacy, safeguarding and confidentiality responsibilities.
Participants must not record or distribute sessions without prior permission.
Refunds and cancellations are managed in accordance with the CareBridge Academy Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Due to the digital nature of online learning, refunds may not be available once course access, login details or digital materials have been provided.
