Our Service Improvement, Quality Review service is designed to support care providers in identifying strengths, recognising areas for development and promoting continuous improvement within your service. Through supportive reviews, observations and feedback, we help organisations enhance standards, improve staff confidence, strengthen compliance and identify opportunities to improve the quality of care provided to individuals using the service.
We are now working in partnership with an established provider that have created over 180 CPD courses. We are committed to expanding the educational resources available at CareBridge Academy. This collaboration allows us to offer a diverse array of certified courses that cater to various professional development needs. All the mandatory courses will be available, along side the live tutor-led services we offer. We also supply the Care Certificate In-house licence, so you can train unlimited staff for a one off set fee.
Alongside our training services, CareBridge Academy™ also offers a flexible 8-Week Employability & Sector-Readiness Programme designed to support individuals towards confidence, workplace readiness and progression into opportunities within health and social care through live workshops, employability support and learner-centred guidance.

Support Beyond Training

Those working within health and social care often spend so much time supporting the wellbeing of others that they forget to prioritise their own. Stress, burnout, compassion fatigue and emotional exhaustion can build over time, particularly when balancing challenging situations both professionally and personally. At CareBridge Academy, we believe that wellbeing matters just as much as training and development, which is why we are proud to signpost individuals to additional support services when needed.
We understand the importance of having someone to talk to in a safe, supportive and non-judgemental environment. If you feel overwhelmed, emotionally drained or simply in need of support, professional counselling can provide valuable space to reflect, process and prioritise your own wellbeing. We are pleased to recommend Rebecca Kat, who offers compassionate and professional counselling in many forms offering support for those who may benefit from additional guidance and emotional support.
