Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the required course content and assessments where applicable.

CareBridge Academy™ reserves the right to suspend access where misuse, sharing of accounts or unauthorised distribution of materials is identified.

Exceptional Circumstances

Any requests outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CareBridge Academy.

Live Training

Separate booking terms and conditions apply to all live tutor-led training sessions. Please refer to the Training Booking Agreement available on the relevant booking pages and website footer.

Non-Transferable Access

Access to online courses, workshop materials and digital resources is strictly limited to the individual purchaser or registered learner. Accounts, login details and course access must not be shared, transferred, reproduced, resold or distributed to any third party without prior written permission from CareBridge Academy.

Intellectual Property

All course materials, digital content, workbooks, presentations, videos, branding and associated resources remain the intellectual property of CareBridge Academy and are protected under applicable copyright and intellectual property legislation.

Materials must not be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, recorded or shared without prior written consent.

Technical Issues

Whilst CareBridge Academy aims to ensure uninterrupted access to online services, temporary interruptions may occasionally occur due to maintenance, software updates, internet disruption or circumstances outside of our reasonable control.

CareBridge Academy shall not be held responsible for temporary technical interruptions where reasonable efforts are being made to restore services.

Live Training Cancellations

CareBridge Academy reserves the right to reschedule or cancel live tutor-led sessions where reasonably necessary due to illness, unforeseen circumstances, low attendance or operational requirements. Where appropriate, alternative dates or suitable arrangements will be offered.

Behaviour and Participation

CareBridge Academy reserves the right to remove individuals from live training sessions, workshops or online services where behaviour is considered abusive, disruptive, discriminatory, threatening or inappropriate.

No refunds will be issued where removal occurs due to breaches of expected conduct.

Policy Review

This Refund & Cancellation Policy may be reviewed, amended or updated periodically to reflect operational requirements, legislative updates or service developments.
