Refund & Cancellation Policy

Online Courses

Due to the digital nature of online training courses, refunds cannot be issued once course access, login details or course materials have been provided.

By purchasing an online course through CareBridge Academy™, you agree to immediate access being granted and acknowledge that this removes the standard 14-day cancellation period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact us and we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Course Access & Certificates

Course access is intended solely for the named learner and must not be shared, copied or distributed.

Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of the required course content and assessments where applicable.

CareBridge Academy™ reserves the right to suspend access where misuse, sharing of accounts or unauthorised distribution of materials is identified.

Exceptional Circumstances

Any requests outside of this policy will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of CareBridge Academy™.

Live Training

Separate booking terms and conditions apply to all live tutor-led training sessions. Please refer to the Training Booking Agreement available on the relevant booking pages and website footer.
