CareBridge Academy™ 8-Week Employability & Sector-Readiness Programme has been designed to provide flexible, supportive and accessible pathways for individuals looking to build confidence and progress towards opportunities within health and social care. The programme supports learners through a combination of live online workshops, confidence-building activities, employability guidance and practical workplace-readiness support. We understand that many individuals may face barriers to employment, lack confidence returning to learning or work, or require a more flexible and supportive environment to help them take their next steps. Our learner-centred approach has therefore been designed to create a welcoming and encouraging online space where learners feel supported throughout their journey.

Throughout the programme, learners are supported through live tutor-led workshops, weekly workbooks, reflective learning activities, CV and interview preparation, sector awareness sessions, progression planning and learner engagement support. Flexible workshop times allow learners to attend sessions that best suit their personal commitments, helping to improve accessibility and participation. The programme focuses not only on employability skills, but also on confidence, motivation, communication and workplace understanding to help individuals feel more prepared for future employment opportunities.
